The Tiniest Evangelist

We're not very religious people.

My daughter, however, after spending three years at a church preschool, is quite the opposite. She often asks us to pray before meals. She talks about God, Jesus, and church quite frequently. She will see something and ask if God created it. The other day, she asked if God made Chicken McNuggets. I told her that was the Devil's handiwork.

So if you could come pick her up on your way to church on Sunday, we'd be much obliged.

We were traveling to Ella's folks' home the other day when Zoey started her Backseat Evangelizin'.

"I love God and Jesus more than anyone."

"That's good, dear."

"I love God and Jesus more than my family."

"That's good, dear."

"Because God made us! He made people out of dirt."

"…"

"And he made the light-skinned people out of sand!"

And Ella and I burst out in laughter, pissing off Zoey the Zealot. So she damned us to an eternity in Hell.
