The Damn Phone Won't Stop Ringing

My daughter's elementary school got a new toy in the offseason: an automated phone system that sends out messages to the parents of enrolled students. And judging by the frequency in which they use it, it must have cost one million dollars (imagine that last part in a Dr. Evil voice).

Seriously. I swear we get phone calls like the following almost every evening: "Good evening, Generic Elementary parents. Tomorrow is Cheeseburger Day in the cafeteria."

Ok. Maybe they haven't gotten that trivial with their calls yet, but I can see it coming. Someone at that school has the major hots for that damn phone system and wants to bother us play with it any chance they can get.
